The setup

Every weekday at 9:15am, look at my activity from the previous workday: commits, PRs opened or reviewed, and Linear tickets I moved or commented on. DM me a standup draft in three lines: Yesterday, Today (based on in-progress tickets), Blockers (anything waiting on someone else). Don't post it anywhere else, don't look at other people's activity, and don't change ticket status.
