When you push a branch, it writes the pull request description from the diff and linked ticket, then opens it as a draft for you to review.

The setup

When I push a new branch to one of these repos: [list repos], open a draft pull request. Write the description from the diff and commit messages: a one-paragraph summary, a bullet list of changes, a Testing section with what I should verify, and a link to the Linear ticket if the branch name contains one. Keep the PR in draft. Never mark it ready for review, approve, merge, push commits, or edit code.
