The setup

30 minutes before any meeting with attendees outside my company, send me a brief: attendee names and roles, a 3-line summary of our last email thread, relevant Notion notes, and 2-3 open questions I might want to raise. Fit it on one screen. Never contact attendees, and don't accept, decline, or reschedule anything. Skip internal-only meetings.
