Every Friday at 4pm, look through my Gmail inbox for emails from this week. Skip newsletters, receipts and automated notifications. Group the rest into: needs my reply, waiting on someone else, and FYI. For each one write a single line with the sender, the subject and what's needed. Send the digest only to me. If nothing needs a reply, say so in one sentence.
